Registration Fees
Payment of registration fees permits attendance at all scientific sessions. An official badge is required for sessions and special events. Registration fees are due with registration and cover the Welcome Ceremony on Saturday evening, morning and afternoon refreshment breaks, and a meeting portfolio. The lunch on Sunday September 28 is also included in the registration fees and this is made possible through Bayer Healthcare Pharmaceuticals. Registration fees are discounted for early payment and for trainees. Each trainee registrant must obtain his/her mentor’s signature on the registration form to qualify for the trainee/student rate. Payment options are (1) check in Canadian dollars; (2) VISA, MasterCard, or American Express. Purchase orders are not accepted.

Confirmation and Receipts
Registration will be confirmed by email for those registrants who provide an email address. Registration packets will be distributed at the Registration Desk at the meeting.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Meeting registration will be refunded in full only for cancellations received in writing on or before August 11, 2008. Cancellations received after August 11 and before September 8 will be subject to a CAD $75.00 service charge. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or after September 8, 2008. Refund checks will be issued four weeks after the meeting. The registration desk will be open during the following hours:
- Saturday, September 27 1:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.
- Sunday, September 28 7:00 a.m.–5:45 p.m.
- Monday, September 29 7:00 a.m.–5:45 p.m.
- Tuesday, September 30 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
Banquet-Dinner on the Louis-Jolliet Cruise Ship
Tickets for the Banquet-Dinner on the Louis-Jolliet Cruise Ship are available for purchase as an optional event on the online registration form. This relaxing cruise on the magnificient St. Lawrence River will take place Sunday night, 28 September 2008. Boarding will be between 6:00 and 7:00 pm for a departure at 7:00 pm and returning at approximately 10:00 pm. Click here for more information about the Louis-Jolliet.
Lunch Boxes
Lunch boxes will be available for Monday September 29 and Tuesday September 30 for $13 CDN/box. Tickets for the Lunch Boxes must be purchased in advance at the time of registration (check the appropriate box on the Registration Form).
